We are currently looking for a candidate to fill in the full-time Executive Secretary/ Administrative Assistant position for TarekBeshir Architects. Immediate availability is preferable.
– Holds a Bachelors degree;
– Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English;
– Has a minimum of 3 years of work experience in related position, experience in architecture design firm a plus;
– Skilled in a variety of office computer software;
– Highly competent in maintaining managing director’s schedule and calendar of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
– Experienced web researcher and capable letter and report writer;
– Effective in liasing with internal and external contacts;
– Efficient in archiving and organising paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
The candidate should possess the following qualifications:
– Pleasant, proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
– Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility;
– Flexible attitude to change, works well in a team but can also self-manage;
– Maintains confidentiality at all times;
– Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
